Thank you for choosing Premium Deals BD. We are committed to providing high-quality digital services, including subscription accounts and custom design work. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. Once a subscription or design service has been delivered or activated, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Subscription Services

All subscription orders require 100% advance payment.
Subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, etc.) are delivered within 30 minutes via Messenger or WhatsApp.
Once the subscription is activated or delivered, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for account expiration, password changes by shared users, or issues caused by misuse.

3. Design Services

Custom design services (logos, banners, UI/UX, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun.
Minor revisions are allowed based on the service terms.
If you are not satisfied with the final design, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions, but we do not offer refunds for completed work.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your subscription within the promised time (usually within 30 minutes), and you no longer wish to proceed, you may request a full refund before activation.

Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product was not delivered.
- You notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
- You have not received any account or access credentials.
