Will provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
Will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance and in full before service delivery.
We accept payments via approved digital payment methods, as shared during the order process.
Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

4. Delivery of Services

Subscription services are usually delivered within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
Design services may take longer, depending on project scope and client response.
All services are delivered digitally via Messenger, WhatsApp, email, or other communication platforms.

5. Refund Policy

All digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Exceptions are only made if we are unable to deliver your service, and no access or files were provided. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

6. Use of Subscription Services

Subscriptions are shared or private depending on your chosen plan.
You may not change passwords, remove devices, or share login credentials unless otherwise permitted.
Misuse may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All design work, branding materials, and creative content delivered by Premium Deals BD remain the intellectual property of the client once paid in full.
We reserve the right to showcase completed design work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer or resell our services.
Misuse or abuse shared subscription access.
Harass or threaten our team or misuse our support channels.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.). Service availability depends on those platforms’ terms and systems.

10. Modifications

Premium Deals BD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Downtime or changes in third-party services.
User error or misuse of accounts.
Losses arising from password sharing, unauthorized access, or violations of our Terms.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
